CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via email: support@threadpix.com, provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours. If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet. RETURN POLICY
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact support@threadpix.com.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF
You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival (ETA). If there is no problem with the
shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner. We will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s)
You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND. Please keep calm and contact our email: support@threadpix.com to receive prompt support from our Customer Happiness experts. Making customers return, not our products: We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for returning and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.
