Payment Methods

The methods of payment available are based on the country where the order was received and the total amount on the bill.

PAYPAL:

This method is currently available in the following countries. For more details, please contact their support team directly.

PayPal is an external financial service company that will process your transaction. During checkout, you will be transferred to PayPal and pay through your account there. Your information will not be sent over to Threadpix. Then they’ll process your order after verification by Paypal.

If you’re having trouble finalizing your payment using Paypal, kindly reach out to Paypal’s customer care for help.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

Our financial service provider automatically charges your credit/debit card. Once all necessary checks have been done, we will start processing your order.

If your credit card company or bank currency is not similar to the currency displayed in your cart, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.

Having trouble checking out? Here are some things to keep in mind as you place an order:

  • If you have entered invalid or incomplete information when placing an order, the areas needing confirmation will be highlighted in red.
  • Credit card information needs to be entered correctly without spaces.
  • When you make a purchase online, your bank or card issuer is contacted to confirm that your payment is valid. The bank then holds the funds until the transaction is processed or the authorization expires. Even if your transaction is declined, the hold may still appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies. If the hold remains there longer than expected, please contact your bank directly.

 

COUPON & DISCOUNT

Occasionally, Threadpix may send out coupon codes through promotional emails, via banners on the site or using social media (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram). These are the only ways to get a valid Threadpix coupon.

Here is how you apply a Coupon Code to your order in simple steps:

  1. When you are ready to purchase, go to your shopping cart.
  2. Put the code inside the field as instructed by ‘Coupon code’.
  3. Then click on ‘Apply’.

The total will update automatically as soon as you hit "Apply" button. You can then fill in your payment details and check out through one of our approved payment methods.

Didn’t see any change of price after clicking on “Apply”? Here are some common issues with coupons that can help you:

  • Have you put it exactly as it was? (no extra characters or spaces)
  • Did it expire?
  • Is this code valid for one specific product?
  • Did you receive your coupon from an authorized source?
