Replacement & Refund Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SENT. FOLLOW THE LINK ABOVE TO HAVE YOUR RETURN REQUEST REVIEWED

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via email: [email protected], provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours. If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet. Please be informed that:

  • Personalized Orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
  • For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact [email protected].

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.

You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their coupon code.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival (ETA). If there is no problem with the

shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner. We will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s)

  • Have been crashed, damaged or faulty
  • Are not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND. Please keep calm and contact our email: [email protected] to receive prompt support from our Customer Happiness experts. Making customers return, not our products: We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for returning and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.

 

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In some cases below, fortunately, replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:

  1. You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
  2. Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
